The Adjustable Angle Connector is one of the most versatile structural pipe fittings in the Maker Pipe building system. It is designed to natively fit 3/4" EMT Conduit which is readily available at your local hardware store. The 1/2" connector variant includes the needed adapter shims for building with 1/2" EMT Conduit. The Adjustable Angle Connector gives you the ability to achieve any angle up to 90 degrees in either direction. Use the provided hardware to secure two pipes at a desired angle or partially tighten the top bolt and nut to create a hinge.
*Hardware is included with each Adjustable Angle Hinge Connector
The Adjustable Angle Connector consists of four pieces. The two long pieces secure a terminating pipe and create the end clamp. The two smaller pieces have interlocking puzzle pieces that secure a through pipe and create the puzzle piece clamp. You can buy all four pieces together or buy the bottom/top half separately if you need one and not the other.
I have really enjoyed using Maker Pipe in my projects. The projects are only limited by your imagination. Here are a few of the things I have made.
Would like to thank David not only for a great fastener but for the professional way that he’s runs his business. His products are very close in tolerance and the finish is perfect every time, top irons for my car are 500 dollars min and I made these for less than 100,nothing else comes close. What a great company,David,I wish you ,your family and your company continued success. Sincerely mike genova
When I started this project, I did not know about Maker Pipe, so I just bent 3/4” conduit as needed. My observation tower is 10’ 8” above ground and safety was a factor. I added the adjustable angle connectors to add strength to my safety railing and help the steel cable tension from pulling the railing.
Just started my blind build a few days ago, I received my two orders fast and complete. The different angles or easy to work with and look great. The rail system on my Xpress boat works great with another one of the flanger connectors (see picture). Most of the new boats have the rails. Few pictures attached, more will follow as the build continues🦆
