We want you to be happy with your Maker Pipe experience and we are eager to assist you at any time.

You can return or exchange a product in unused condition for up to 30 days after you receive your order.  Please request a return authorization via phone or email before shipping the product back. A refund will be issued in the method of payment of your original order minus any shipping charges.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  We are unable to accept returns on shrink wrap.

At any time, in the unlikely event of a defective product, we will gladly send a replacement at our expense.  We pride ourselves on the quality of products and we are confident you will have a great time building with Maker Pipe!
