I needed painting racks in my 5 foot 7 inch tall basement. The connectors made it possible to make a large bespoken L-shaped rack that extends near the ceiling. The 3/4" pipe takes up almost no floor space, is secure and can be reconfigured if sizes change. And though large - it's light enough to move in its entirety to another location. Really great solution and not difficult to do without any help. I degreased, primed and painted the pipe to make it look less industrial. The color chosen only came in satin so I put an additional clear coat on for extra protection and a bit of gloss. The paint is holding up great, without any scratching. I put in additional supports then what's shown - overbuilding was preferred. Added wooden floorboards to make it easier to slide in work. Thrilled to have this MakerPipe solution. Next, an outdoor garden trellis.
