45 Degree Structural Pipe Connector

The 45 Degree structural pipe fitting is used to add creative angles or strong bracing to any pipe project. You can choose from two available sizes that are designed to natively fit either 3/4" or 1" EMT Conduit respectively. EMT Conduit is readily available at your local hardware or home improvement store. The 1/2" connector variant includes two adapter shims for building with 1/2" EMT Conduit. This connector adds a 45 degree pipe to another piece of conduit allowing the builder to achieve structure reinforcement and clean angles.

Description

The 45 degree conduit connector includes two mirrored pieces that interlock together with the puzzle piece design. The two pieces clamp together with a single nut and bolt. Every connector comes with a pre applied friction band that makes connections even more secure. Order the 45 degree pipe connector to add bracing or clean angles to your build!

Quickly and Easily Take Projects from Concept to Completion.

I have been an avid DIYer for decades, with lots of ideas, but limited skills. I have designed and built many projects using traditional lumber and plywood. However, in my locations, Alaska and Washington, working on these projects is frequently limited by the weather (my garage is uninsulated, unheated, and packed full of yard tools, household supplies, etc., so much of my work is done on my driveway) Also, since I tend to prefer working out design details on the fly, I frequently end up rethinking and redoing portions of, or even complete projects. With wood, this often means expensive materials end up as firewood. Since discovering Maker Pipe connectors, I have successfully designed and built several EMT projects. These range from shade covers for a dog run and garden areas to a 7' tall EMT Christmas tree, a mobile woodworking clamp cart and a 10' x 10' greenhouse. The advantages for me of using Maker Pipe and EMT include: the ability to keep a good supply of Maker Pipe connectors and EMT on hand in a limited space, the minimal tools required for projects, the ease and speed of building projects, the ability to quickly modify projects and reuse connectors and EMT, and the strength, durability and aesthetics of completed projects. Since discovering Maker Pipe connectors, EMT has become a valued resource in many of my projects and has dramatically expanded my options when designing solutions. I enjoy building Maker Pipe projects so much that I feel like the proverbial man with a hammer, to which everything looks like a nail. My first thought, when conceiving projects, is now usually "Could this be built using Maker Pipe and EMT?"

Finishing my personal pontoon frame.

Maker Pipe fittings were a great solution for adding a lightweight reinforced trolling motor mount to my 1 man pontoon. Boat. I don't think I have ever received better customer especially from an online purchase. I will look forward to posting my completed project.
