The all new Maker Pipe Structural Coupling allows you to securely join two pieces of together with a single nut and bolt. Easily reinforce the connection with up to four 1/2" self tapping screws per coupling. You can choose from two available sizes that are designed to natively fit either 3/4" or 1" EMT Conduit respectively. EMT Conduit is readily available at your local hardware or home improvement store. The 1/2" connector variant includes two adapter shims for building with 1/2" EMT Conduit.

The EMT Conduit Coupling consists of two mirrored pieces that interlock together. Both pieces are designed with a pocket feature that locks the nut in place when tightening. This makes for an easy one tool assembly no matter which side the nut is on. We designed the coupling to support various strengthening hacks. Refer to the overview video above to see the different options for reinforcing the joint connection.
The coupler looks very well built. It'll be a while before I actually get to that project. What I have never experienced before was getting the order confirmation at 11:52 am and the shipment notice at 12:13 pm. CRAZY fast service!!

I wrote a review on the main page for this item, but wanted to plug it here, too. I have a 125' long greenhouse, and I wanted a new sidewall roll up system. (You have to roll up the sidewalls to vent heat.) I bought a crank that fits 3/4" conduit, but I couldn't find *any* solid connectors that would join my 10' lengths of conduit into a stable length. They all barely attached and used friction to keep themselves in place. Probably fine for running electrical systems, but I needed something that actually was screwed into place. I tried about 5x to join my conduit with a traditional connector, and every time I cranked the length, the segments disconnected. This solved the problem beautifully. A main screw holds the two halves together (and the backs are shaped as puzzle pieces, so they interlock). Then 4 self-tapping screws absolutely hold the connector to the conduit. This saved my sanity. Once I got the hang of positioning the connector halves and getting the self-tapping screws to dig in, I was off to the races. Something I've been dithering with for a year got finished in a few hours (and most of that was wrestling the plastic). It probably only took me an hour to actually attach the connectors and build my two 125' lengths of pipe. So easy and solid.
Does exactly as it says joins 2 pipes together and makes a very strong connection.
