Customer service was responsive. Unfortunately, the product did not work for my application, so now I have some maker pipe parts that are unusable

Every once in a while in construction an architectural detail calls for a unique solution. To accomplish this solution I found Maker Pipe online with all the parts needed to make this architectural feature come to life as drawn on paper. Thanks

Very good and much needed connectors… but some items appear to always be out of stock, (I’ve ordered three times this month and two items were always out of stock), items that I very much needed, but most possibly people wouldn’t need. I worked around the out of stock items… but it possibly cost me more having to improvise.
I wish the items were available locally as well, for those last minute ideas that come up.
They also need more styles of connectors, different connecting options, their higher end competitors have a lot more connectors and they are cheaper… just different pipe, not local EMT conduit. Otherwise I really like the product. I’ve spent about $2,000 on materials this October. So, I may need to change brands in order to have more options, and in order to receive the fittings I need, (another brand may be cheaper).

I only wish all of my online shopping experiences were as great as Maker Pipe. There order process was easy and quick. And, then, I get an email that it had been fulfilled and SHIPPED! And, then I get an email from the CEO wanting to make sure I was happy. I answered telling him his company for every company to follow. And, then, he responded to that email. I’m happy.
