The 45 Degree structural pipe fitting is used to add creative angles or strong bracing to any pipe project. It is designed to natively fit 3/4" EMT Conduit which is readily available at your local hardware store. The 1/2" connector variant includes two adapter shims for building with 1/2" EMT Conduit. This connector adds a 45 degree pipe to another piece of conduit allowing the builder to achieve structure reinforcement and clean angles.
*Hardware is included with each 45 degree connector
The 45 degree conduit connector includes two mirrored pieces that interlock together with the puzzle piece design. The two pieces clamp together with a single nut and bolt. The clamp design allows you to quickly change a connection while building or remove and reuse the connectors in a future project. Both pieces are designed with a pocket feature that locks the nut into place when tightening, this allows for a one tool assembly no matter which side the nut is on. Every connector comes with a pre applied friction band that makes connections even more secure. Order the 45 degree pipe connector to add bracing or clean angles to your build!
I'm almost 60 now and have been a maker of things since childhood and I know being able to bring a plan/concept together don't always work out.
Now with Maker Pipe, their fittings and other makers contributing ideas, bringing an idea together is as easy as 1 2 3.
Maker Pipe and their fittings allow you to conceive new ideas, experiment, disassemble and change course if needed by simply removing and reusing the fittings.
I love the freedom and ease of being able to try that idea you have that seems crazy, that you're not totally sure of. It's that ability, that fuels DIYers to conceive, create and make.
Thank You Maker Pipe.
Seems like a good product but didn't fit the emt conduit.
Hi Andy, I am very sorry to hear that you had issues with the connector fitment. Did you purchase 3/4” steel electrical conduit?
Not done yetbut, the frame I put up is very sturdy.Much better than I would have imagined.Thanks....Ed
