The 45 Degree structural pipe fitting is used to add creative angles or strong bracing to any pipe project. It is designed to natively fit 3/4" EMT Conduit which is readily available at your local hardware store. The 1/2" connector variant includes two adapter shims for building with 1/2" EMT Conduit. This connector adds a 45 degree pipe to another piece of conduit allowing the builder to achieve structure reinforcement and clean angles.
*Hardware is included with each 45 degree connector
The 45 degree conduit connector includes two mirrored pieces that interlock together with the puzzle piece design. The two pieces clamp together with a single nut and bolt. The clamp design allows you to quickly change a connection while building or remove and reuse the connectors in a future project. Both pieces are designed with a pocket feature that locks the nut into place when tightening, this allows for a one tool assembly no matter which side the nut is on. Every connector comes with a pre applied friction band that makes connections even more secure. Order the 45 degree pipe connector to add bracing or clean angles to your build!
Makerpipe made the construction of my build much easier for me. I did drill each connector and put in a 1/4" bolt for more security. My only suggestion would be to offer predrilled connectors.
This is exactly what I was looking for: 45 degree structural pipe connector. From the photo you will also see the T connector as well. Thank you.
I discovered these guys online and bought my first kit, looking for something different to do. Of course I then had to buy some way to cut the pipe to speed up builds and from there I was hooked. I have storage racks for just about everything, every kind of connector you could have to make them work. I love the way you can put them together, and then if modifications are needed it is super easy to make changes. I just wish I had more time to build more things.
I needed a 45 degree coupler to make braces for a frame that holds a big banner over a booth. These couplers held the braces firmly in place. But the description refers to friction bands included in the package. I could not find anything besides the coupler halves and the bolts.
