The 90 degree structural pipe fitting makes a strong corner connection allowing you to add two pipes at a 90 degree angle and one essential pipe vertically. It is designed to natively fit EMT Conduit which is readily available at your local hardware store. The 1/2" connector variant includes 3/4" connectors and three adapter shims for building with 1/2" EMT Conduit. The 90 degree angled pipe fitting includes an inside and outside piece that clamp together with two nuts and bolts. The clamp design allows you to quickly change a connection while building or remove and reuse the connectors in a future project.Both pieces are designed with a pocket feature that locks the nut into place when tightening, this allows for a one tool assembly no matter which piece the nuts are on. This product is very high quality. When I purchased I thought they were over priced but when I saw them I understood why that price was good. They pieces were made from high quality materials, machined very well, fit together very well, and the design for each was solid. The EMT will break before the connectors. I would recommend is the mfg. include a drawing for how the pieces fit together. For the 90 degree it was obvious. For the T connector I thought the order was incorrect because it used 90 degree pieces with the straight piece. I figured it out so I guess most will as well. Another thing that may be all my fault is that I bought them because I thought I read that they worked with both 3/4" and 1". Be careful not to make my mistake.
I was having trouble with birds and squirrels steeling my crops so I ordered up some maker pipe fittings (and bought some conduit) to build cages for my raised garden beds. Worked perfectly.
